Renee Weir-Fontes has enjoyed an exciting and diverse career as a caterer, cooking instructor and event designer. Early on, she had the opportunity to learn the event business from the ground up, working with professional caterers and restaurant chefs. In 1987 Renee opened Dinner at Eight Productions, a caterer in Orange County, California.
After three decades owning and operating a successful catering business, Renee retired from events. She continues to stay immersed in quantity food production and recipe development. She enjoys writing and sharing about the making of creative dishes.
