I love these chicken wings! They are the perfect bite of tender chicken with crispy, flavorful skin. Chili lime wings have a zesty, spicy flavor and are perfect for any occasion, especially a laid-back casual gathering, such as a picnic or tailgating party. I like to take whole wings, stretch them out, and call them "Bat Wings" for Halloween parties.
I usually make chili lime wings in the oven, but grilling is good too. The final touch is the baked-on sauce, which makes them a little less messy to enjoy. Grilling is also good, and you can brush on the sauce at the end and add another dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing, on the side. Hope you enjoy this party-sized recipe!
Few foods are as expected at a party as chicken wings. So much so they even go by the nickname party wings. These spicy tangy chicken wings, have a Southwestern flair and are the perfect recipe for a casual event. Baking the sauce on gives the best flavor.
